Challenge members receive full access to First Base (35+ classes/week). Members will also receive all day gym access to complete workouts in your own time. You will also receive personalised weights selections and program tracking templates to ensure progressive overload each week.

Nutrition seminar + personalised macro targets by an accredited sports nutritionist

Attend our nutrition seminar, exclusive to challenge members which will be run by Megan Tomarchio. You will also receive personalised macro targets and advice on macro tracking and fuelling your body right.
