16 week program

Join us for one of our 16-week programs. choose a plan that is right for you. we offer a couch to 5km, 10km, or half marathon training program. in each program, We focus on a mix of strength, interval training, and endurance. Complete our program online + receive our First Base strength programs or complete the program alongside us in Townsville. 

Our run guide includes:

  • Race around Australia

  • Tips and tricks

  • Posture and injury prevention information

  • Running playlist on Spotify

  • Pre and post-run fuel recipes

  • 16-week training program including interval training, strength days, endurance runs & recovery days.
