FORM: Strength for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Beyond

There’s a moment in pregnancy and early motherhood where everything feels a little… unfamiliar.

Your body changes. Your strength feels different. And suddenly, the workouts you used to do don’t quite feel right anymore.

How do I get strong again without making things worse?


That’s exactly why we created FORM. A space designed for you — right now

FORM is our small group class built specifically for women who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or returning to training after having babies.


Not watered down. Not “just stretching. "But intentional, structured training that meets your body where it’s at. Because your body isn’t broken — it just needs the right approach.

Led by a physio who gets it

FORM is designed and run by Brianna, a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, a mum of three, and someone who truly understands what your body is going through.

Every session is built around:

  • Supporting your pelvic floor and core

  • Managing and reducing pain (hello hips, back, and pelvis)

  • Rebuilding strength safely and progressively

  • Helping you move with confidence again

This isn’t guesswork. It’s evidence-based training, tailored for women.


What makes FORM different?

Most women are told to either “keep doing what you were doing” or “stop everything.”

Neither of those feel right — and neither of them are.

FORM sits in the middle.

We guide you through:

  • What to modify (and why)

  • What you can keep doing safely

  • And what you should be building back in

So instead of second guessing every movement, you walk in knowing: "This is exactly what my body needs right now.”


For pregnancy

Whether you’re early on or nearing the end, FORM helps you:

  • Stay strong through changing body demands

  • Reduce common aches and pains

  • Maintain fitness safely

  • Prepare your body for birth

And just as importantly — feel like yourself again.


For postpartum

There’s a lot of noise around “bouncing back.”

We’re not about that.

We’re about building forward.

FORM supports you to:

  • Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor

  • Safely return to strength training

  • Improve energy, movement and function

  • Lay the foundation for everything you want to get back to


No rushing. No pressure. Just steady, supported progress.

Walking into a gym during this stage can feel intimidating. FORM is different.

It’s a room full of women in similar seasons —pregnant, postpartum, rebuilding, navigating the same questions. No judgement. No pressure. Just support, guidance and a little bit of “you time.”
