We’re proud to introduce our newest offering: FORM — a gentle, physio-led fitness class designed specifically for pregnant women, postnatal mums, and women aged 50 and over.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding strength after having a baby, or looking for a low-impact, intelligent approach to exercise as you age — FORM is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Why Does Exercise Need to Be Different at These Stages?
Your body changes — and your training should, too.
Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and age-related hormonal shifts all impact things like core function, joint stability, pelvic floor health, and energy levels. Traditional high-intensity workouts aren’t always appropriate (or enjoyable) during these times, and finding movement that feels good, safe, and effective can be challenging.
That’s exactly why we created FORM.
